He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. S. B. Rascoe and Esther Lou Rascoe; his son Steve Rascoe; his former wife Nell Rascoe; and his stepson Ken.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret North Rascoe; his daughter Tommi Ann Bratton; his grandchildren, Trent Bratton (Tanya) and Tiffany Hobson; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Beaux and Cason; his stepdaughter-in-law Dit Green; his stepgrandsons, Anthony and Andrew Boothe; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Destiny, Kolton and Keaton; his sisters, Myrtle (Sis), Sams (Ellis) and Janette Griffis; and the mother of his children Jo Ann Hart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
