She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Youngblood; her parents, Everett Frazier and Lula Frazier; and her granddaughter Patricia Owen. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Abbott (Wayne), Dr. Charles Owen (Mary) and Mark Owen (Shirlee); her siblings, Pat Betts and Reagan Frazier; her grandchildren, Myra Abraham (Rahul), Dr. Kellie Christoffel (Kyle), Jessica Hall (Michelle Sorrells), Heather Hebert, Cheri Malec (Matt), Emily Owen, Portia Owen, Natalie Owen, Crissa Owen, Noel Owen and Neil Owen (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Sam Owen, Braden Kerns, Skyler Kerns, Ariadne Owen, Lucas Owen, Isaac Owen, Jack Malec and Josephine Malec.
