He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Stearns; and his brother Robert Stearns. He is survived by: his father Ted Stearns; his wife Candice Starr Stearns; his children, Dane Ryan Stearns and Macee Marie Stearns; his parents-in-law, Gary and Lorraine Starr; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Gates, Val Stearns and Ben Gates; and his nephews, Bryson Gates, Kellan and Dylan Stearns.
