She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Doc" Hayes and Devota Evans Hayes; and her husband Melvin E. Moon. She is survived by: her children, James "Butch" Moon (Patti), Thomas Moon (Elizabeth) and Devota Hare (Charles); her grandchildren, Jacki Hepp, Taylor Goff (Judah), Jonathan Eubanks, Joseph Eubanks, Josh Cooksey (Jess) and Farron Cooksey; and her sisters, Judy Herr and Pearl Murphy.
