She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Davis and Mae Davis; her grandparents, Merritt, Nora Davis, Dow and Tessie Borah; and her grandson Anderson Maxwell Graham.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Dare; her children, Denise Montequin (Jorge), Thomas J. Dare, Jr. (Kim) and DeAndrea Dare (Aaron Graham); her grandchildren, Tyler Dare (Brittney), Travis Dare (Stevie), Krista Dare, Matthew Montequin, Andrew Montequin, David Montequin, Timothy Montequin, Maezey Graham and Maura Graham; her great grandchildren, Kaden Dare, Malek Dare, Sterling Dare and Henley Dare; and her siblings, Jeanne Wall (Thom), Larry Davis (Sue) and David Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts celebrating Ruth Ann's life may be given to A Memory Grows, The Alzheimer's Association or First United Methodist Church of Bossier City.
