He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Doles and Grace Perot Doles. He is survived by: his wife Patrice "Patti" Doles; his sons, Robert "Bo" Doles (Richele) and Bryan Doles (Lisa Baffuto-Doles); his grandchildren, Avere "Buck", Emerson "Emme", Courtney, Jessica and Jina; his nephews, Blake and Tony; his niece Tonya; and his sister-in-law Dianne Swilley (Robert Swilley).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bobby's honor to St. Jude's Children Research hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
