He is survived by: his wife Georgia Ann Starnes; his siblings, Roswell "Rudy" Smith, Sr. (Linda), Mary Branch, Norma Morris and Jessie "Cynthia" Perkins; and his children, Richard Aaron Starnes Jr. (Leslie), Broderick Starnes, Laquita Joyner (Anthony) and Allegra Marshall.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
