He is survived by: his wife Katie Smith; his daughter Breanna Lynn "Brelynn" Smith; his mother Louise Trainer; his stepmother Cynthia Smith; his brother Bradley Smith; his half-siblings, Shay Lynn Smith Barnette (Lenton) and Carter Smith; his stepbrothers, Mark Trainer (Anita), Shawn Trainer (Robin) and Steve Trainer (Janet); his mother-in-law Jhan Lee; his brother-in-law Benjamin Lee (Wendy); his nephews, Caleb, Caden Lee and Ledger Barnette; his niece Koen Barnette; and his cousin Kristyn Smith-Ladshaw "Fragle". He is also survived by many other cousins, extended family, and friends.
