Taylor); his brothers, Gary Russell (Anna), Forrest "Bud" Eugene Skinner Jr. and Timothy Alan Skinner; his niece Cate Watkins (Bobby); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley, Kaylee, Hayes and Evan; his nephew Sam Skinner (Melissa); and his great-niece Nola.
