He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T Kempf and Helen G. Emerson Kempf; and his siblings, Bette Kempf and Michael Kempf. He is survived by: his children, Angela, Robert, Elena and Becky; and his wife Tina M. LaRosa. He is also survived by his 4 children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
