He was predeceased by: his sister Kammy Crews Holley. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Crews; his children, Nick Crews, Daniel Crews, Ashtyn Burway, Mackenzie Maxwell (Blake) and Krislyn Bolin (William); his grandchildren, Ainsley Maxwell, Hadleigh Maxwell, Nolan Maxwell, Beaux Bolin and Charlotte Bolin; his parents, Judy Fuller (Ellis Rushing) and Thomas Crews (Kay); and his nephews, Jerard Toney and T. J. Holley.
