She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Edward Flagler; her parents, Burt Warren Touchstone and Willie Mae Hegwood Touchstone; her sisters, Burtie Mae and Billie Lenore; her son Samuel Lee Flagler; and her grandson Matthew Clagg.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Keeley (Linda) of Portland, Edward Flagler (Gemma) of Hillsboro, Oregon and Janine Flagler Clagg (John) of Bossier City, Louisiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in honor of Mrs. Flagler may be made to the Gideons International Organization.
