She was predeceased by: her parents, William Caleb "Buck" Rowell and Henrietta Wiggins Rowell; her siblings, George David Rowell, William Jasper Rowell, Minnie Ola Harris, Martha Caskey and Juanita Woodall; her son James Bogan (Helen); and her daughter-in-law Lydia Bogan.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Todd of Haughton, LA; her children, Nelda Fields of Coushatta, LA, Billy Bogan (Beverly) of Alabama and Charles Bogan of Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, Barbara Glay of Haughton, LA, Randy Todd (Elizabeth) of Haughton, LA and Susan McClain (Bobby) of Haughton, LA.
