He is survived by: his mother Catherine Maxey; his children, Phillip Wayne Maxey (Katie) and Jamie Lyn Harris (Paul); his sister Brenda Bramlett (Larry); and his grandchildren, Karlie Beth Maxey, Annalyn Harris and Parker Harris.
