She was predeceased by: her parents, John Francis Phillips and Helen Phillips Reidy (Kruppa); her husband Jack E. Evans, Sr.; and her sisters, Sharon Phillips Topley (Glen) and Sandra J. Shonitsky.
She is survived by: her son Richard F. Watters, Jr.; her stepson Jack E. Evans, Jr.; her daughter Tamora L. W. Dollar (James Timothy); her brother Jack Phillips (Judi); her granddaughter Alyssa C. Dollar; her niece Taylor Phillips Vitron (Mike); her nephew John Phillips; and her grandchildren, Taylor and Mike. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
