He is survived by: his daughters, Judy James (Patrick) and Janice Snyder; his grandchildren, Jason Foster, Casey Nicholson (Jonathan) and Amber Crutchfield (Curt); his great grandchildren, Avery Nicholson and Judson Nicholson; and his sisters-in-law, Alta Hamilton and Anna Hall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
