He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Simmons of Greenwood and Ruby Harber Tebbetts of Dubberly; and his sister Darla Denise Simmons of Bossier City. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Simmons (Denee Simmons) of Heflin and Erin Simmons McBee (Jason McBee) of Sibley; his stepsons, Colby Sherrard (Anna Grace Sherrard) of Dubach and Andrew Sherrard (Natalie Sherrard) of Benton; his stepfather John Tebbetts of Dubberly; and his stepsiblings, Alexis Tebbetts, Jan Tebbetts and John Tebbetts. He is also survived by family members and friends.
