He is survived by: his wife Megan Carlisle; his children, Lillie Ann Carlisle and Braxton Carlisle; his parents, Julie Forest Carlisle and John Grover Carlisle; his siblings, Penny Clark and Kyle Carlisle; his friends, Larry and Patty Trudell; and also Buddy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and brother- in-law.
