He was predeceased by: his parents, Elston Jarratt and Hazel Jarratt; his sisters, Iris Jarratt, Mary Baker and Betty Jo Carrington; and his former wife L. Marie Jarratt.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Jarratt; his daughter Vickie Wakely (Richard); his stepchildren, Tammy Markham and Tommy Crawford (Leanne); his granddaughter Samantha Nicole Lister (Ronald); and his stepgrandchildren, Adam Wakely (Rosemary), Jaye Collins (Ben), Thomas Crawford (Courtney), John Crawford (Amber), Phillip Gomez (Heather) and Katy Gomez. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
