He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Owen and Dorothy Marie Owen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Owen; his daughters, Jennifer Owen Baine (John Baine), Kellie Dotson (Jimmy Dotson), Amanda Emery (Bill Emery) and Victoria Bobbitt (Justin Bolt); his brothers, Don Owen (Barbara Owen), Jerry Owen (Pam Owen) and Darin Owen; his former wife Annette Owen; and his grandchildren, Dacie Dean, Jack Dean, Addison Dean, Garrett Dotson, Kaylee Dotson, Ryan Scott, Layla Parks, Tyler Parks, Za'Vier Murphy, Zelia Murphy, Zöe Murphy and Coraline Emery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
