He is survived by: his significant other Ruby Elaine Giddens Rushing; his children, Mary Rushing Rutherford of Stanley, Terry (Lisa) of Blanchard, Michael (Brenda) of Martin and Ronnie (Bobbi Jo) of Moyie Springs, Idaho; his grandchildren, Melanie (Brad), Meredith (Kade), Clinton (Kellie), Sabra, Leslie (Anthony), Tabitha (Johnny), Colby (Jenna), Caitlin, Alaina, Ashlynn, Brock, Mason, Kannon, Karson, Bailee, Jadyn, Chance, Summer, Kaelynn, Cohen, Kenley, Addison and River; his son-in-law Donald Rutherford; his nephews, Gary Rushing, Kevin, Darien, David, James Giddens and Aaron Head; and also, Sammy, Frances Giddens, Jerry and Karen Giddens.
