He is survived by: his wife Shirley Clark of Logansport, LA; his children, Henry Cody Clark (Tonya) of Logansport, LA and Emily Clark Simmons (Troy) of Keithville, LA; his grandchildren, Bailey, Bubba, Clayton, Eric Clark, Cayden and Shelby Simmons; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Mattie and Drew; and his nieces, Robin Register and Eva Shook.
