He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Lawhead and Helen Lawhead. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Terry Lawhead (Mitzie) of Hattiesburg, MS, Richard Lawhead (Kim) of Plano, TX, John Lawhead (Shannon) of Austin, TX and Amy Smith (Eric) of Bossier City, LA; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Katelyn, Douglas, Jason, Ashley, Jacob, Eric, Olivia, Addison, Everett and Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
