She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman A. Blake and Emma Ree Blake; her parents-in-law, Annie Mae Keith and Cullen B. Keith, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Keith and Cullen B. Keith, Jr.; and her brothers, David Collinsworth, Allan Blake, Mickey Blake and Joe Earl Blake.
She is survived by: her husband James "Bo" Keith; her son Gregg Keith; her grandchildren, Jason Keith (Tasha), Nicole Keith Coburn (Randy) and Josh Keith (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Jaycie Keith, Jaden Keith, Kyelor Coburn, Kelsey Coburn Woodle (Rhett), Kinley Coburn, Addye Keith, Jaxx Keith, Jake Keith and Hannah Claire Craft; her great great grandchild Gracelynn Woodle; her sister Annie Mary Blake Haynie (Jerry); and her sisters-in-law, Sue Blake and Charmaine Blake.
