He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Quinnie Skypala of Bossier City, Louisiana; his children, Amy Skypala (Brian Abott) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Eric Skypala (Zdenka) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Sonya French (John) of Bossier City and Jennifer Spinney (Barry) of Haughton, Louisiana; and his sisters, Kee Ruland (Fred) of Fritch and Patti Dirks (Bill) of Hereford. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the charity of choice.
