He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Derek Christopher Maddox (Gail) and Dusty Clinton Maddox (Mandi); his stepdaughters, Leigh Ann Tustison (Stacy) and Jennifer Lynn Boyer; his grandchildren, Kaydee, Deven, Dylan, Davis and Lillie; and his stepgrandchildren, Megan, Abby, Grace, Peyton and Balin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
