She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Mayfield; her sister Charlene Shell Thompson; and her children, James Warren Mayfield and Dorothy Mayfield Harter (Dottie). She is survived by: her children, Judy Mayfield Rowe, Sandra Mayfield Mann (Charles) and Charles Mayfield, Jr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
