She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie P Ferguson and Rosa Sanders Ferguson. She is survived by: her siblings, J. W., John B., Charles, Hubert, Marie and Evelyn; her husband Willie D. Horn; her children, Dottie, Ronnie (Angela), Keith, Bruce, Curtis (Shuntell), Sandra (Ron) and Cynthia (Ben); and her caregivers, Brittany of Home Health, Mark and Charlotte of Christus Hospice. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Barksdale Community Church, 1465 Patricia Dr. Bossier City, Louisiana 71112 or St Judes.
