He is survived by: his wife Diane Egans; his children, Carolyn Egans McDowell (Anthony), Timothy Egans (Sheryl), Rodney Egans (Rona), Latreshia Payne (Kendal), Lamonica Love and Quinton Love (Emily); and his siblings, Aretha Newsom and Arthur Egans. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
