He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Luther and Fisher Mae Mann (Rodgers); his former wife Irma Ruth Mann (Joshlin); his son Glenn Mann of Haughton, LA; his grandson Jared Mann of Duncan, SC; and his siblings, Patricia, Juanita, Helen, James "Tex" and Charles "Chuck".

He is survived by: his wife Faye Mann; his close friends, C. W. and Lou Jackson; his stepson Vernon Whiteman of Haughton, LA; his brother Roy Mann of Mississippi; his sons, Gene Mann (Celina) of Denton, TX, Kenny Mann (Penny) of Orange Beach, AL and Steve Mann (Tara) of Mauldin, SC; his daughter-in-law Patricia Mann of Haughton, LA; and his grandchildren, Mike Mann (Lydia) of Montgomery, AL, Christie Pate (Richard) of Hilltop, TX, Greg Brattin of Katy, TX, Seth Brattin of Denton, TX, Kenney Mann Jr. of Shreveport, LA, Michelle Mann of Colorado Springs, CO, Brandon Mann (Lauren) of Shreveport, LA, Glenn Mann II (Brooke) of Haughton, LA, Ian McCarthy of Shreveport, LA, Joshua Mann (Dana) of Anderson, SC, Kendra Odom, Morgan Odom of Mauldin, SC, Christopher Berube (Mel) of Pensacola, FL and Jennifer Kerns (Robert) of Milton, FL. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
