He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brown Butler of Haughton, LA; his children, Frank Butler (Lauri) of McKinney, TX, Lindy Butler of Denison, TX, John Butler (Kristi) of Leonard, TX and Miley Stapleton (Bill) of Howe, TX; his grandchildren, Mary Kendall Cox, Meredith Zeringue, Jessica Welton, Shyanne Dillingham, Rex Butler, Ted Butler, Mason Butler, Brooke Butler, Alex Butler, Billy Vaughan, Tim Butler and John Thomas Stapleton; his stepchildren, Nick Brown, Jordan Brown and Liz Brown; and his nieces and nephews, Vicki Vice, Jim Vice, Tammy Walker and Rodney Bolin.
