He is survived by: his parent Clinton; his wife Shirley Eubanks; his daughter Stacy Heflin; his grandchildren, Patrick, Brandon, Alysha Heflin, Vincent, MaKayla, Nicolas Lopez, Morgan and Payton Eubanks; his great grandchildren, Brylan, Neveah, Jackson, Adalynn Hope, Jaycie and Jocelynn; and his brother-in-law Jerry Madden (Von). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
