He is survived by: his wife Pam Keener; his son Gary Keener (Belinda) of Bossier City; his siblings, Annabelle Kettering (George), Velma Gilmore (Vernon), Leon Keener (Rita), Daniel Keener (Betty), Donna Kettering (Daniel) and Wanda Caudill; his grandsons, Jeremy Keener, Jake Keener and Darren DeVille; his great grandchildren, Caden Floyd and Levi DeVille; his close friends, Johnnie Woodard and Mike Rowland; and also Cynthia Combs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
