He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Alvin Lee Averitt; his brother Larry Averitt; his wife Sherri Hernandez Averitt; his mother Marcella Flores Averitt; his children, Heath Averitt (Michelle), Misty Guin (Kevin) and Meshell Lindsey; his siblings, Fran Berly (Harry) and James Averitt (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Britton, Hayden, Ryker, Brayden Averitt, Harlee, Audri Flores, Tyler Fazenbaker (Leilani), Tristan, Jamison Guin, Jeremy, Bre and Anna Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Lily Lorich, Jaxon and Brantley Guin; and his mother-in-law Susan Hernandez. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
