He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Rector and Doris Louise Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Darin Bailey of Haughton, LA and Shannon Bates of Mandeville, LA; his grandchildren, Austin Bates, Megan Bates, Jacob Bates, Michael Babcock, Marjorie Bailey and Logan Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Patrick Babcock and Ashlynn.
