He is survived by: his father James Stevens; his wife Regina Stevens; his children, Courtenay Dean (Trey) of Shreveport, LA, Marianne Hansel (Bill) of Shreveport, LA, Bradley Stevens of Bossier City, LA, Trevor Stevens of Bossier City, LA, Darrius Stevens of Shreveport, LA, Seth Stevens of Bossier CIty, LA and Kyle Stevens of Arizona; his grandchildren, Khloe, Luke, Bradley, Grayson and Samuel; and his brothers, Mickey Stevens (Nancy) of Arkansas, Daniel Stevens of Louisiana and Chris Stevens (Destini) of Arkansas. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Brad's honor to Disabled American Veterans or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
