Betty Jo Rainey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Rainey (Haughton, Louisiana), who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Jackson McDaniel and Ruthie Mae Scott McDaniel; her former husband Carl Dean McClelland; her husband Gerald Eugene Rainey; and her brother Reginald McDaniel (Wanda McDaniel).

She is survived by: her friend Faye; her children, Ricky McClelland (Harriet), Joan Barfield and Kay Phillips; her brother Truly McDaniel (Martha); and her friends, Wanda and Donnie Ruff. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great great grand children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
