He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvyn Sr. Ragan and Glenn Norris Walker Ragan; and his brother William Edgar. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jo Canepa of Memphis, Tennessee; his children, Edward Ragan, Monica Rawls (Tod) and Robbin Ragan; his grandchildren, Zac Ragan, Ragan Alexandra Bickham (Garrett), Austin Holsapple, Katherine Norris (Devin) and Elisabeth Grace Rawls; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Winters, Walker Bickham, Vivian Bickham, Owen Johnson and Lylah Norris.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Haughton Cemetery.
