He is survived by: his sons, Richard Banks and Tracy Banks (Christy); his siblings, Shirley Sue Williams, Patricia Smith (Tim) and David Banks; and his significant other Michelle Moriarty. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
