He is survived by: his wife Arie Lemon Howard; his daughter Valery K. Howard; his grandchildren, KaiVal A. Howard, Katrice Baptiste, Dwayne and Nathaniel Batiste; his sisters, Cloteal Jackson, Cecile McBride (Arthur), Maxine Morris and Patricia Howard; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Porter, Annie Lemon, Kathleen Brooks, Minnie and Jackie Howard.
