He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Hills and Dorothy Garner Hills. He is survived by: his wife Cathy A. Hills; his children, Willie Eugene Hills, Jr., Dionne Patrice Hills, Vincent Dillon, Sr., Kevin Dillon, Sr. and Theresa Lynn Smith (Troy); his grandchildren, Da'shone D. Kelly, Sr. (Dalisa), Kevin Dilworth, Devin Dilworth, Vincent Dillion, Jr., Arthur Coleman, Tray Davis, Corey Coleman, Kinley Jackson, Tyranicka Brown (Jamar), Sade Cadres (Glenn) and Jasmin Dillion; his siblings, Louis Hills (Vernita), Victor Hills, Sr. (Shelia), Daryl Hills (late Olicier), Nelson Selico, Tommye Rae Hills-Swat, Linda Hall and Carol Hills-Keller; his godchildren, Michelle Williams and Larrilyn Johnson; his niece Dunns (Lori Thompson); and his friend Melvin Willis. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Interment: Will Be Private. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC ATTENDANCE WILL BE LIMITED. IT IS MANDATORY EVERYONE ATTENDING WEAR A FACE MASK OR SOME TYPE OF FACE COVERING.
