He was predeceased by: his child Willie Dean Jackson; his parents, Oscar Womack and Clarabell Womack; and his sibling C. L. Cain. He is survived by: his wife Kathy McLead Womack; his children, Dorian Montel Womack, Belinda (Alfred), Wanda, Deborah Womack, Barbara Ann Cola and Shirley Clark; his siblings, O. C. Womack, Quiley Womack, Edmund Womack, Ernest C. Womack and Mack Arthur Womack; and his close friends, Bubba Bradley and B. L. Magee. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
