He was predeceased by: his daughter Miriam Brown Ceasar; his parents, William Silas Brown and Beola M. Brown; his grandparents, Willie Oscar and Lonnie Magee; and his sibling TJ.

He is survived by: his wife Constance Claudette Brown; his children, Catrice Brown Elloie (Kevin) and Latonya Brown Augustine (Michael); his stepchildren, Charles G. Thipado (Tsuchan) and Donnie Thipado Parharm (Charles); and his siblings, Betty Brown, Anthony Brown, Darrell and Terry Brown. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
