We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 66, William Alan Mays Aka of Harvey, Louisiana, born in Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Ray Mays, Sr. and Myrtis Fortner Mays; his wife Debbie Lauland Mays; his daughter Melissa Maria Hudson (Gabe); his grandsons, Parker Ian Hudson and Cole Alexander Hudson; his siblings, Jack Mays (Wendy), Johnny "Sam" Mays, Keith Smith, Carolyn Ingram, Bobby R. Mays, Jr., David Scalf and John Roberts; his son-in-law Gabe Hudson; and his mother-in-law Marie Harvey. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Billy's name to Catch a dream foundation.
