He was predeceased by: his parents, Vanice John Falgout, Sr. and Ophelia "Faye"; his parents-in-law, Charles Lee LeBlanc and Conchetta "Connie"; his siblings, Leona Heffner (Charles) and Sheldon Falgout; and his brother-in-law Steve Abadie.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sister Janet Abadie; his children, Van Charles "Chucky" Falgout (Joy) and Andrea Cheramie (Norris); his stepson Jarred Johns; and his grandchildren, Andrew Scott Burkett, Logan Rita, Hayley Faye Falgout (Chucky), Chance Gene, Jonas Jude and Lainey Brooke Cheramie (Andrea). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousin and lifelong friends.
