He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Colon Simmons and Lovinia Simmons (Rudolf). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Desiree Bell-Hillmann (Joe) of Dominica; his grandson Colton Joseph Bell; his great grandchild Ashton Joseph Bell of Michigan; his sister Marliz Radecker (David) of Slidell, Louisiana; and his grandson Bo. He is also survived by two grandsons that are more like his own children.
