He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welton Allen and Lillian Pearl Farrell Allen; and his grandparents, Nealy, Colia Allen, Thomas and Mattie R. Farrell.
He is survived by: his son Tea J; his grandchild Karmen Allen; his siblings, James Travis, Don Daniel (Kathy), Randy Paul, Patricia Zeringue (late Raymond) and Mary "Kathy" Morales (late Russell); and his aunts, Katherine Daigle and Mattie Martin. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces and two great nephews.
A wake was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Restlawn Park Cemetery (3540 US-90, Avondale, LA 70094).
