He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae LeBlanc and Guy Toups; and his brother Stanley Toups (Beverly). He is survived by: his wife Joycelyn F. Toups; his sons, Scott and Todd; his grandchildren, Dustin, Adam and Cameron Toups; and his great grandchild Willow McFall.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the St Vincent de Paul Cemetery No 1 (1950 Soniat St, New Orleans, LA 70115).
