With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert F. Childress Sr. (Harvey, Louisiana), who passed away on January 7, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty H. Childress; his children, Rhonda C. Krawiec (John) and Robert F. Childress Jr. (Julie Boudreaux); his grandchild Casey Childress (Anna); his great grandchildren, Kade Nichols and Hadley Mae Childress; his siblings, Tommy Childress (Kim), Sal Lamonte (Johnna), Frankie Lamonte and Nace Lamonte; and his parents, Murray S. Childress and Dorothy Lamonte. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in his memory may be made to the Police Mutual Benevolent Association of New Orleans.
