He is survived by: his wife Betty Cothern Ballay; his children, Raymond Ballay, Jr. (Sandra) and Penny Longley (Thomas); his siblings, Mae B. Daunie, Louis E. Ballay, II and Lillian B. Spencer; and his grandchildren, Jason, Kelley, Raymond III, Madison and Elizabeth. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
